Christy Greb is a master’s-level psychologist, play therapist, and the Founder and CEO of Family Growth Psychology. She has over six years of experience working closely with children and their families and brings extensive training in child development, social-emotional health, and evidence-based parenting approaches.

Christy is deeply committed to staying current on the most relevant and effective parenting guidance, with a strong emphasis on strategies supported by psychological and biological research. Her work intentionally integrates knowledge from multiple disciplines: developmental psychology, neuroscience, attachment theory, and social-emotional learning. This ensures that the tools she teaches are both practical and developmentally sound.

In her daily clinical work, Christy partners with parents to better understand their child’s behavior, strengthen connection, and build skills that support regulation and long-term emotional health. She is known for translating complex concepts into clear, usable strategies that parents can realistically apply in their homes, without guilt, shame, or unrealistic expectations.

In addition to her professional background, Christy is also a mother who actively uses these strategies in her own home. She believes strongly in practicing what she teaches and understands firsthand the demands of raising children in today’s fast-paced, high-pressure culture.

It is highly encouraged that both parents or caregivers attend, if at all possible. Parenting is a team effort, and having both caregivers present ensures you’re working from the same playbook at home.
Absolutely. The workshop is formatted to leave ample time for questions. It is essential that you are able to discuss how concepts that are presented could be applied in your home.
This is not therapy. This is an informational workshop that gives you skills and strategies to apply. This workshop can complement therapy very well but it is not a substitute.
