About the Facilitator
Christy Greb,

Play Therapist | Founder & CEO, Family Growth Psychology
Christy Greb is a master’s-level psychologist, play therapist, and the Founder and CEO of Family Growth Psychology. She has over six years of experience working closely with children and their families and brings extensive training in child development, social-emotional health, and evidence-based parenting approaches.
Christy is deeply committed to staying current on the most relevant and effective parenting guidance, with a strong emphasis on strategies supported by psychological and biological research. Her work intentionally integrates knowledge from multiple disciplines: developmental psychology, neuroscience, attachment theory, and social-emotional learning. This ensures that the tools she teaches are both practical and developmentally sound.
In her daily clinical work, Christy partners with parents to better understand their child’s behavior, strengthen connection, and build skills that support regulation and long-term emotional health. She is known for translating complex concepts into clear, usable strategies that parents can realistically apply in their homes, without guilt, shame, or unrealistic expectations.
In addition to her professional background, Christy is also a mother who actively uses these strategies in her own home. She believes strongly in practicing what she teaches and understands firsthand the demands of raising children in today’s fast-paced, high-pressure culture.
At the heart of Christy’s work is a genuine investment in the well-being of children and their families. Her goal is to help parents feel capable, supported, and confident in the deeply challenging and deeply important work of raising human beings. Through Family Growth Psychology and workshops like From Chaos to Calm, Christy aims to create spaces where families can move forward with clarity, compassion, and hope.
